About Lobbiq
Built by a hotelier who needed it himself.
Lobbiq wasn't created by a software company guessing what hotels need. It was built by a hotel owner who couldn't find the tools he needed — so he built them.
Today, Boutique Hotel Margretha in Zandvoort runs on Lobbiq every single day. Every feature exists because it solved a real problem in a real hotel.

The story behind Lobbiq
With 20 years building enterprise payment systems — APIs, security, integrations across PSPs, banks, and insurance companies — Harry knew what good software looked like. When he bought a boutique hotel in Zandvoort, he expected to find it.
He didn't.
The PMS handled reservations fine. But everything else — guest messaging, door codes, breakfast orders, housekeeping — required a stack of separate add-ons. Each with its own login. Its own monthly bill. Its own integration headaches.
If implementing these tools is this complex for someone with 20 years in IT, how would a typical hotelier ever do it?
That was the moment. Hoteliers shouldn't have to deal with this. Their focus is hospitality — welcoming guests, creating experiences. Not debugging API connections or managing five vendor relationships.
So Harry built one complete system. Simple enough that any hotelier can use it from their phone. Powerful enough that no feature is missing. And priced so that a 6-room boutique hotel can afford the same technology that hotel chains pay hundreds per room per month for.

The proving ground
Boutique Hotel Margretha
A monumental, sustainable 4-star boutique hotel in the center of Zandvoort. Six themed suites, each with its own character. Five minutes walk to the sea, thirty minutes by train to Amsterdam.
Every Lobbiq feature was designed here, tested here, and refined based on real guest feedback and daily operational experience.

What we believe
Principles that shape Lobbiq
Everyone gets everything
No feature tiers. No upsells. Every hotel gets the full platform. Price scales with rooms, not with features.
Transparent pricing
No hidden fees. No setup costs. No payment commission. We show pricing on the website because we have nothing to hide.
Keep your PMS
Lobbiq works alongside your existing systems, not instead of them. No rip-and-replace, no migration headaches.
Mobile-first
Hoteliers don't sit at desks. They're serving breakfast, welcoming guests. Lobbiq is built for the phone in your pocket.
Built by operators
Every feature was born from a real problem in a real hotel. No guesswork. No market research assumptions.
Hospitality first
Technology should free hoteliers to do what they do best — welcome guests. Lobbiq handles the admin.
Technology follows your lead
Every automation, AI behaviour, and communication flow is configurable. Lobbiq adapts to how you run hospitality — not the other way around.
Why it works
Everything already knows everything else.
Your locks know who's arriving. Your messages know which room. Your AI knows their breakfast order. Nothing needs copy-pasting — because nothing is separate.
Your locks greet the right guest
A door code generates the moment a booking confirms. It arrives in the guest's WhatsApp, expires after checkout, and you never touched a spreadsheet.
Requests land where they belong
A guest orders late checkout. The system checks availability, notifies housekeeping, adjusts the door code, and confirms — before you finish your coffee.
Your AI answers like your front desk
It knows what room they're in, when they arrive, and what they ordered for breakfast. It doesn't guess — it looks it up, because everything lives in one place.
“We created precious spare time — to interact more with your guests when you want to, or to have personal time when you need it.”
Our mission
Make front-office technology accessible to every hotel.
Most independent hotels have no front-office add-ons at all — not because they don't want them, but because stacking separate tools is too expensive and too complex. Lobbiq changes that.
